Antler Bio has launched Antler Genomic Services, an affordable, fast, transparent RNA-seq and ATAC-seq data analysis service for genomes including human, mouse, horse and bovine using state-of-the art custom designed cloud servers and in-house developed bioinformatic pipelines.

The service will offer an unrivalled, rapid turnaround time made possible by our dynamic cloud server capabilities at a very competitive price. Our bespoke service focuses on generating gene counts/peaks from your raw sequencing files as soon as you upload your files to our servers allowing you to focus on the science.

Available to all, our online request form easily permits the required services to be specified and a quotation will be delivered within one working day. If you have any questions or require and bespoke services we are readily available to assist you. If you are happy and choose to proceed with our service, you will be sent a secure login to upload your data files. Afterwards we will immediately start processing your data and send you a secure download link.

In addition to the processed data files, each project comes with gene counts (RNA-seq) or peak calls (ATAC-seq), a multiQC report and a detailed, transparent report of the workflow used to process files, including programs and their version numbers. We guarantee you will be able to access the processed data within 48 hours if you choose our priority service*. In addition, we can offer to store your raw and processed files using military-grade encryption, allowing you to readily access your data wherever and whenever you need.
